Terms and Conditions for QCInteriors

QCInteriors’ Terms and Conditions outline user responsibilities, privacy policies, payment terms, warranties, and liability limits. By using our services, you agree to these terms for a safe and fair experience.

  1. Scope of Work

QCInteriors” will provide the services of residential house construction and interior design, renovation, and other related services as outlined in the proposal or contract.
The scope of work will be clearly defined in the proposal or contract and may include, but is not limited to, the following:

* Architectural design and planning
* Interior design and space planning
* Construction and renovation of residential houses
* Procurement of materials and equipment
* Installation of fixtures and finishes
* Project management and oversight

QCInteriors will work closely with the client to ensure that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project.

  1. Project Schedule

* QCInteriors will provide the client with a project schedule that outlines the key milestones and deadlines. The project schedule will be based on the scope of work, the availability of materials and subcontractors, and any other relevant factors.
* QCInteriors will make every effort to adhere to the project schedule. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances that could cause delays, such as inclement weather, delays in material delivery, or changes to the scope of work.
* If there are any delays to the project, QCInteriors will promptly notify the client and explain the reasons for the delay. QCInteriors will also work with the client to develop a revised project schedule.

  1. Payments

1. The client will be responsible for making payments to QCInteriors in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the proposal or contract.
2. Payments will be made in installments, with the first installment being due upon signing of the proposal or contract.
3. QCInteriors will not commence work on the project until the initial payment has been received.
4. Final payment will be due upon completion of the project and satisfactory acceptance by the client.

  1. Changes to the Scope of Work

1. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing by both the client and QCInteriors.
2. Changes to the scope of work may affect the project schedule and cost. QCInteriors will provide the client with a written estimate of the additional cost and impact on the project schedule before any changes are made.

  1. Warranties

1. QCInteriors warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and in accordance with all applicable building codes and standards.
2. QCInteriors warrants that all materials and equipment used in the project will be of good quality and free from defects.
3. QCInteriors provides a one-year warranty on all work performed. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

  1. Limitation of Liability

1. QCInteriors’s liability for any damages arising out of the performance of this contract shall be limited to the amount of the contract price.
2. QCInteriors shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the performance of this contract, even if QCInteriors has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Dispute Resolution

1. Any disputes arising out of this contract shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation.
2. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation and mediation, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

  1. Entire Agreement

This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

  1. Governing Law

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maharashtra.

  1. Severability

If any provision of this contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from the contract and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Notices

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person, upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:
