QCInteriors Refund Policy

At QCInteriors, we strive to provide our clients with exceptional service and quality workmanship for all their residential construction and design needs. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and therefore, have a transparent refund policy in place for your peace of mind.

What Our Refund Policy Covers

This policy applies to all services offered by QC Interiors, including:

Residential house construction
Interior design
House renovation
Modular kitchen installation
2D & 3D design for both exterior and interior

Refund Timeline

Full Refund: We offer a full refund if a project is cancelled before work commences.
Partial Refund: After work begins, a partial refund may be offered based on the completed percentage of the project and the materials already procured. In such cases, deductions will be made for:
Cost of materials purchased and not returned to vendors.
Labor costs incurred for work completed.

Non-Refundable Services

Design consultations and initial project planning fees are non-refundable.
Any custom-ordered materials or products cannot be refunded once procured.
No Refunds on Completed Designs: Once we’ve finished your 2D or 3D design, including online services like floor plans, layouts, structural drawings, or interior/exterior 3D renderings, our fees become non-refundable.
This is because these designs represent completed work specific to your project.

Missing Payment Confirmation

If you made a payment to QCInteriors but haven’t received confirmation, here’s what to do:

  1. Check your bank statement or credit/debit card account activity for the transaction.
  2. If the transaction isn’t reflected, contact QCInteriors immediately at phone number or email address.
  3. If QCInteriors can’t locate the payment, you may need to contact your bank or debit/credit card issuer to initiate a dispute resolution process. They can help investigate the missing payment and potentially recover your funds.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please submit a written request to QC Interiors outlining the reason for cancellation and the desired refund amount. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disagreement regarding the refund amount, we encourage open communication to reach a mutually agreeable solution. If a resolution cannot be reached, we recommend mediation or arbitration to settle the dispute.
